I started my business, carrying out gas and electrical safety inspections, around 10 years ago. I always thought that running the business rather than doing the actual job, was going to be the fun part. However, a couple of years back, I realised that dealing with multiple clients, suppliers, government departments, etc. as well as trying to expand the business without help was almost impossible. I would spend all weekend trying to catch up with admin work and still not get anywhere. That is when I was introduced to Joanne. The amount of work, at the moment at least, does not justify a full time PA. VPA deals with all my bookkeeping issues. More importantly, VPA are currently sorting out a backlog of outstanding invoices that are causing cash flow issues. There is no doubt in my mind that without Joanne’s tenacity and professional approach things not only would not improve but would get much worse, on that front. Moreover, Joanne is dealing with my diary booking appointments and sorting out my daily tasks. There are a few new things that Joanne and I are currently trying to introduce to streamline the administration of the business and Joanne’s input will be invaluable.
Thanks to VPA I reclaimed my weekends and begin to see my cash flow improve. I recently recommended VPA to a friend of mine and I am sure he will find Joanne’s help as invaluable as I do.
